Character Name: Liesl Arbogast
Nicknames: Lee
Species: Human
Age: 28
Physical appearance: 5'9, 120 lb - brown hair and light brown eyes
History:
Liesl was born and raised in Brooklyn and it's definitely heard in that voice, thick accent. She, unlike a lot of people in the United States, grew up with both parents who, though had minor disagreements, got along and, til this day, are still madly in love. Her childhood was marked by a vibrant imagination. It would seem that, from the get go, she had an artist's soul from dreaming up and writing fairytales to coloring mystical worlds on construction paper. Lee's parents always believed that she'd grow out of having big dreams and acting like a child. When she was a teenager, she went through the things normal teenagers go through - believing she was always right and the world was wrong, trying to fit in, etc. During her junior year of high school, she fell in with the wrong crowd that enjoyed experimenting with illegal substances. One night she was rushed to the hospital after having too much alcohol and cocaine in her system. She was legally dead for a minute before fate decided to give her a second chance. After that night, she swore she would never touch that stuff again and has kept true to her word, although she did manage to grow weirder after the incident.
She considers herself to be a writer. While she never went to college - in fact, she still works in a coffee/doughnut shop that she worked in back in high school - she does attend various functions around the city with other self-proclaimed writers.
Currently: Leisl is currently trying to talk her parents into giving her a loan so she can open a coffee shop that also gives people like her a nice place to share their works (e.g. poetry, stories, music, art, etc). She's also trying to look for her own apartment and a roomie to split the rent with.
Personality: She's a very mellow woman, bohemian in nature. She takes things as they come and never seems to be bothered by anything at all.
